1.0 Executive Background H1 SCAFFOLD

The deviation observed during compression of batch MT-2026-X01 was raised on 14 February 2026 when in-process hardness readings drifted below the lower control limit on the third sampling interval. Compression was halted within eleven minutes of the first out-of-trend reading and the affected tablets were quarantined.

2.0 Technical Assessment H1 SCAFFOLD

Analytical testing confirmed that assay and content uniformity remained within specification across all quarantined samples. Dissolution at the 10-hour point met the greater than 80 % criterion, indicating the release-controlling matrix was not compromised by the hardness excursion. Root cause remains under investigation.

3.0 Conclusion H1 SCAFFOLD
